A couple of weeks back I posted about a Cult Beauty haul I placed in order to qualify for their GWP it’s the important things in life! Part of the bevy of beauties I picked up was the Tata Harper Daily Essentials Kit. After hearing countless rave reviews I threw caution to the wind and dove in face first to finally get the set that lived on top my wish list. With seven products inside it’s a great way to get to know the brand, try out a number of different items within the range all whilst stocking up on minis for the next time you find yourself scrambling through your skincare stash to pack for a weekend away.
Since introducing Tata Harper to my daily skincare routine I thought I would do an update style post, what are my thoughts a few weeks on and would I recommend the brand to others? First of all, I haven’t quite used everything yet. The items which find themselves in daily rotation are the Rejuvenating Serum, Rebuilding Moisturiser, Replenishing Nutrient Complex and Resurfacing Mask. Both the serum and moisturiser are firmly part of my morning routine to give my skin glow, elasticity alongside a serious dose of anti-aging properties. Combined they hydrate, plump and prevent my skin from looking tired or lifeless throughout the day. My only negative, the moisture levels could be a little bit higher but that is coming from my dry winters skin.
For the evening I turn to the nutrient complex, a targeted treatment with a high dose of vitamins to keep skin looking and feeling youthful. Application wise it took some getting used to. Why I hear you say? Well it’s a rollerball. That’s right you simply grab the bottle and go to town! Rubbing the product over your face and massaging in afterwards it means your skin really gets that targeted treatment. One pricey addition however backed up with some great results, I’ve seen tone evened, redness reduced and now I get what all the fuss is about.
Finally – a mask. You know me and my masks! The resurfacing pot promises to be an instant solution to dull skin, I’m not talking overnight radiance or a boost of vitality after three-four uses here. Oh no one application is all you need for some intense complexion lift. Formulated to work as a decongestant for clogged up skin, 10 minutes on the clock and refreshed skin is yours. This is where the brand shines for me and already I want a full size, backup and travel sized option.
Have you tried Tata Harper before? What are your favourite products? Would I recommend it? If you enjoy luxury skincare and investing in products that really work, this brand is you, but best to start with this kit first to test out the waters before diving in.
