#soz for the dodgy photo – it’s a hard life taking blog photos whilst on holiday!
Before I had even left UK soil and got on a plane – the spending began. Now usually I have a fair list of things to pickup at Duty Free however this year I managed to double said list. Not only did I splurge on all things beauty, I may have picked up a pair of sunglasses too #oops. One item that’s always the first to get purchased is the Clarins After Sun Moisturiser Self Tanning. As my pale skin is prone to burning as soon as it’s under the sun, I pile on the SPF and hide away in the shade. That means the tanning opportunities are slim to none so by using this after sun you get a hint of self tanner that gives my skin a healthy kiss of golden glow without the sun damage.
Keeping on the topic of SPF I finally got my mitts on the Kiehl’s Ultra Light Daily Moisturiser SPF 50. This really is as good as everyone says and it’s lightweight finish gives incredible sun protection that doesn’t leave you looking like Casper the Friendly Ghost. Onto complexion and I may have snagged the Chanel CC Cream Compelte Correction SPF 50. Again this packs some impressive SPF coverage and leaves a gorgeous finish to the skin. Fab coverage for a CC cream that blends seamlessly into the skin to give a flawless finish.
For fragrance I picked up a second bottle of my much loved Stella McCartney Perfume in Stella before splurging on a bottle of the Jo Malone Cologne Intense Oud & Velvet Rose Dry Body Oil. Let’s all rejoice in the fact Jo Malone can be purchased at duty free which made this indulgent purchase that bit easier on the purse strings. Finally, a Tom Ford Creme Colour Eyeshadow in Spiced made it’s way into my basket #sorrynotsorry This really is a beaut and if you manage to find one, pick it up without a moments hesitation!
