Does anyone else have that one product, come rain or shine, they must always own? Without it your heart beats slightly faster and you notice a suspicious panic rise in your face. Okay, I may be acting a tad dramatic here, but the basis of what I am saying reigns true. I have developed such a strong relationship with the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder in Dim Light that I don’t think I can be without it. It diffuses imperfections, helps makeup last throughout the day and, brace yourselves, when I have a tan it’s the only base I use. As you can see it’s true love and over a year later our relationship is still going strong. My second one has been busted out the box and it will only be a matter of time before that doomed curve turns into a dip.
Although this powder is a pricey number I honestly think it is an essential. A single one lasted me just over a year and that was using it on a daily basis. You don’t need a lot, a large powder brush in your hand is all you need, however you will still be bestowed with it’s magical powder properties. To prove how much this powder means to me, I may own the palette as well. I know, issues much, but it makes the perfect travel buddy and takes care of all my powder needs. With the Ambient Lighting Blush making it’s way into my collection recently I think I need to make myself a t-shirt announcing to the world that I am indeed addicted to Ambient Lighting Powders.
