Headmasters Miracle Repair Range*
If you are a long time reader of my blog you will know that when it comes to the topic of hair, you can usually find me talking about Headmasters. They are not only my go to salon whenever I need to get my hair cut or coloured, they are also one of my favourite brands in terms of hair care. I have been using their Blonde Colour Brilliance Range* since last September and their shampoo and conditioner have become staple items in my hair care routine. They have helped to keep my blonde locks looking bright and healthy whilst not reducing them to a flat and boring mess. What’s even better is that these ranges do not break the bank. Available in major supermarkets each item costs between £4-£5 so you can achieve salon beautiful hair at home, whilst on a budget.
The latest range that Headmasters has brought onto our shelves are the Miracle Repair products. Aimed at helping dry and damaged hair, these hair care goodies will have you covered from shampooing through to heat protection and styling. At the start of the you have the Miracle Repair SOS Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner which both contain macadamia nut oil to prevent your tresses from breaking. They work at injecting moisture back into each strand whilst improving strength and elasticity. The range also contains the Heat Defence Styling Spray that can be used on damp or blow dried hair. This adds a thermal protective layer to minimise breakages that can occur through styling. It doesn’t leave any build up in your hair and leaves your style looking glossy and smooth throughout the day. The final item in the range is the Head Defence Serum. For use before heat, this serum shields your hair from any heat damage whilst helping to reduce blow drying time. What I love about this is that is contains Vitamin E which helps to leave my hair not only soft and shiny, but also frizz free.
Although I like to focus my hair care routine on those products that protect my colour and inject some volume, I cannot overlook the fact that my hair has seemed drier and more difficult to manage recently. After one use of the above products my hair felt instantly more nourished. The colour still looked vibrant but the condition of my hair seemed smoother and more healthy. To get the best of both worlds I have been mixing together the Miracle Repair range with the Colour Brilliance range to cover all my bases.
