i picked up this product the other week from house of fraser for £17.50. it usually retails at £20 but luckily i had £2.50 floating around on an old gift card. im terrible with my eyes and am forever itching and rubbing my them meaning i will no doubt end up with the worst wrinkles when im older! therefore i wanted to get something cooling that i could pop onto my eyes when i have the urge to itch. i have tried the simple kind to eyes revitalising eye roll-on but i find that it makes the skin under my eyes very dry and tight. i wanted to ensure i got something that wouldn’t do the same so i turned to clinique. yes the price tag is a lot higher but clinique are great at making products that do not irritate or dry out my skin
this serum is said to cool, brighten and combat puffy eyes. cooling it is! using it feels the same as having two fresh pieces of cucumber placed softly onto my eyes. lush! it also says it combats dark circles which if you remember from my liz earle daily eye repair review i am all about! not only do i apply this when my eyes are itchy but i also apply it first thing in the morning. it instantly helps me feel more awake and hydrates under my eyes after sleeping
since i got this i use it about 4 times a day and there is hardly a dent in the product. although the price tag is steep for what is essentially an eye cooling stick, it really does what it says on the tin and helps my eyes a lot =)
