Whenever I talk about haircare or styling products I sound like a broken record that is stuck on repeat. Shocker I’m a fan of volume and extra oomph when it comes to my tresses and unfortunately for you guys, I can’t see that tune changing anytime soon. Having naturally fine and sleek hair means my craving for texture and lift is tenfold. Until I really do jump the bullet and get a perm (oh good god could I?!) I will continue to plough through every thickening, lifting, texturising and volumising product on the market. Luckily for me the beauty world hardly ever stands still so there is always something new on the horizon that can be put to the test.
The latest offering is curtsy of Label.M, that range you will find hidden away backstage at London Fashion Week. Consisting of a Thickening Shampoo, Conditioner, Creme and Volume Foam you have every base covered. This range is designed to enhance thickness, make each strand more dense all whilst giving you volume and lift. As they say the proof is in the pudding so the only way to tell is to give these a whirl. From a brand that sits in the middle of the price bracket (shampoo is £12.25 and conditioner is £15.25) the products are very well made and don’t contain any nasty parabens.
From the initial wash with the shampoo and conditioner my hair was already transformed in a super soft and smooth maine. The volume wasn’t noticeable but I rarely find this stage of my haircare routine to have any impact in the oomph department. Instead this prevents my hair from being weighed down causing it so sit flat. The life comes from the texture creme and a small amount placed evenly throughout damp hair helps to create that lustrous lift and hold. It stops my hair from feeling so squeaky clean and gives more life to my roots. Overall for a new thickening range onto the market I am impressed and my tresses have been thankful for them.
