Oh baby look at all those lipsticks! Even though my love for MAC has slipped by the wayside these last few years, one thing that still remains intact is that place in my heart for their lipsticks. They are the brand that I have the most lipsticks from and whenever I am looking to sneak a new one into my collection I usually find myself perusing the stands in a MAC store. The range, formulation and pigmentation wins hands down every time and even though they keep upping their prices, I keep going back.
I won’t bore you with an in-depth review of every shade I own but I will mention a few key favourites. Creme Cup has to be my stand out pick at the moment, it’s the quickest I’ve ever gone through a lipstick and is the most wearable colour I own. It’s the (dare I say) perfect pinky nude that suits pretty much any makeup look. For a bold pink I love Impassioned and have even been known to mix it with a nude for a more wearable everyday lip. In terms of limitation edition shades I have hardly touched any of the Nicki Minaj or Gaga ones, instead Flamingo and Ever Hip are my most loved and ultimate coral shades. Please MAC bring them back into stock!
