Hold the phone – Elemental Herbology do body care? I know I am just as shocked as you are. If you were already aware of this fact then I applaud you, but if not, get ready to join me on this journey of discovery. Recently Elemental Herbology have been getting a whole lotta love for their skincare range. Both cleansers and masks have proven to be quite popular with their balm cleanser set to rival the infamous Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm. I haven’t delved into their skincare items just yet (believe me I want to but sadly they still remain on wish list status) but if their body care range is anything to go by it will be simply wonderful.
Watermelon & Cucumber is a body moisturiser that contains Organic Aloe Vera and Organic Cucumber Juice Extract alongside Organic Shea Butter and Mango Butter to give your skin nourishment whilst soothing and cooling. Over the past year I have become hooked on moisturising and religiously slap on a lotion as soon as I step out of a shower or bath. Doing so has made my skin more supple, scars have faded and the overall quality of my skin has improved.
Never one to be overly fussy when it comes to moisturisers, I’ve found that since trying body oils and more luxurious brands, I have noticed a difference. This Elemental Herbology lotion is quickly becoming my Summer pick as the cooling ingredients are perfect for those warmer days. I find that the lotion does need a bit of work before it is fully absorbed but this means my body gets a lovely and quick circulation improving massage each morning. The lotion itself is not sticky or greasy and afterwards my skin feels smooth throughout the day. So far Elemental Herbology you have two big thumbs up from me.
