Aurelia Miracle Cleanser – £34* | Aurelia Cell Repair Night Oil – £45*
Aurelia are a skincare brand that have already featured on my blog before thanks to their impeccable range of probiotic products that ooze luxury whilst keeping your skin in check. Popping up in a number of monthly favourite posts and with their Night Oil and Serum becoming firm staples in my skincare routine (which you can read all about here) it’s clear to see I am a fan. One dip into the World of Aurelia and you will see what all the fuss is about and no doubt become a dedicated fan too. Today I am talking cleansers and it’s their Miracle Cleanser that has me singing from the rooftops.
This is a creamy cleanser that is bundled full of botanical and essential oils which not only removes every last trace of dirt and grime on your skin, it also leaves it in the best condition possible. There is Baobab which is Omega rich, Mongongo Oil for all your vitamin E and fatty acids, and also Chamomile for anti-inflammatory properties, and I’m just scraping the surface. Thanks to all these ingredients this cleanser does have a quite a strong scent but nothing that would be offensive or react on sensitive skin.
In terms of makeup removal this ticks all the boxes apart from when it comes to eyes, for me personally it results in the dreaded eye sting so it’s best to either remove eye makeup before or use this as a second cleanser once everything has been taken off. This is soothing on my skin and doesn’t leave it feeling tight once it has been washed off, I also find it easier to apply and work in to the skin compared to a balm. I have been using this cleanser on and off for over a month now and my skin is left looking luminous and radiant, and if that’s not enough for you this also prevents the skin from ageing. As a second cleanser this is a dream and paired with the Cell Repair Night Oil I am in heaven. I am officially an oil convert and can’t get enough of this skin boosting oil that has worked wonders on my skin.
Have you tried anything from the Aurelia brand? They have even popped up on the illusive Net-A-Porter beauty section which goes to show what a great brand they are.
