My Beast Beauty Picks of 2012 are currently ‘under construction’ but whilst the last few products get picked and included I thought I would wing a quick December favourites your way! December wasn’t really a month of trying out anything new or groundbreaking products. Instead I wanted to focus on the products that would keep my skin and hair in tip top condition for the big Christmas Day. Makeup hasn’t drastically changed over the last few months but these favourites reflect the products that I keep turning back to whenever I need a bit of TLC or Oomph!

The REN Cleansing Balm and Caudalie Beauty Water alongside using the Darphin Purity Balm a couple of nights a week week, has made a real difference and improvement to my skin. My skin is brighter and more importantly the blemishes have been banished! This routine also helps to lock in the moisture and prevent any dry patches from forming in the cold Winter air. These two polishes from the Essie Winter Collection are pretty much all that has been gracing my nails throughout December. They are utterly beautiful and have even been popped on my toes! To add a bit of colour to my cheeks the only thing I have been reaching for is this Laura Mercier Blush – it is the perfect touch of coral and I find the slight glimmer gives my skin that added lift in Winter. In December I was able to nab the Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara with my Boots points and boy am I glad I did! A full review will be up soon but it’s only once you have tried it you notice how much of a big difference it makes! Finally these two Bumble and Bumble loves have really been giving my hair some texture, life, movement and volume. The Surf Spray prevents my hair from being so poker straight and flying all over the place and the Texture Creme helps to give some lift and hold at the roots. Perfection!
