It’s official, Christmas is coming! The festive adverts are in full swing on the TV, Christmas trees and merry greetings are adoring the shops and advent calendars are on the shelves! I am always a sucker for an advent calendar. Whether it be chocolate, candle or even mini stocking based (probs my fav as a kid!) I love having a daily reminder that Christmas is one day closer. This year there is a rather indulgent offering from the brilliant skincare company Liz Earle that makes the time of advent that extra bit special. To help in your countdown to the big day you can now open up a door to reveal a mini treat from the brand. Every day in the run up to Christmas there is a beauty surprise waiting for you.
Now this is obviously a very indulgent advent calendar and it is a rather steep price jump from a standard £3 chocolate one! However, if you love the brand, want to try out more from them or just want to indulge each day in the run up to Santa coming, this is perfect. If a friends birthday starts on the 1st of December this makes a great present as not only will they get it on their birthday, they can enjoy it for the next 24 days! I also think it’s a sweet thing for couples if you wanted to treat a loved one to a super special advent. Considering you get 24 generous sized products from a brand that I have loved used for a few years now, I am now on the a countdown until the 1st December and when I can open the first door!
